Exchange & Refund Policy
You can request an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
To proceed, please send us your order number via our Instagram DMs along with a photo of the product, ensuring that the tags are still intact.

Please note that if the tags are removed, the product will be considered used and will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

Refunds will be issued through InstaPay after we receive the returned product and complete the inspection process.
All shipping charges (for both sending and returning) will be the customer’s responsibility.

يمكنك طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 14 يومًا من استلام الطلب.
للبدء في الطلب، يُرجى إرسال رقم الطلب عبر رسائلنا على إنستجرام مع صورة للمنتج مع التأكد من أن التيكيت ما زال موجود.

يرجى العلم أنه في حالة إزالة التيكيت، يُعتبر المنتج مستخدمًا ولا يمكن استبداله أو استرجاعه.
